Generative Content Pipeline
A media company needed consistent animated character output at volume, without scaling headcount. We built a generative pipeline using custom fine-tuned models and LoRA adaptors to maintain character consistency across a high volume of outputs.
A small team now produces work that previously required a department.

Data Consolidation and Visibility
An organisation running across multiple disconnected data sources with no unified view. We consolidated fragmented sources into a single backend, built a custom management interface and dashboard layer.

We built our own automated invoice and bill management system. A private LLM handles document understanding, Google Drive and Sheets handle storage, MCP connects the pieces, a custom dashboard ties it together.
